These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at guavalin.com, any subdomains, and any software, products, or services offered by Guavalin Studio ("Guavalin," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Guavalin's mobile applications and software products are governed by their own end-user license agreements and applicable app store terms. Consulting and professional engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply to your use of this website and any publicly-available information or content.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Guavalin does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The site and any content provided are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Guavalin makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
